A good equipment request is short. Four details are usually enough for us to confirm a match and send a clear quote — usually within one business day.
1. The machine
Brand and model are the anchor for everything that follows. If you can include the serial number or a photo of the label, even better — model revisions occasionally differ in connector and compatibility, and the label removes the guesswork entirely.
2. The part or probe
Name what you need, and include the part number if you have one. If you do not have it, describe the item plainly — the convex probe on port one, the battery for the portable unit — and attach a photo. Photos resolve ambiguity faster than any description.
3. Intended use and setting
Tell us where the equipment will work: specialty, room, and whether it is for a permanent install, a satellite clinic or a mobile team. This is what separates a right-sized recommendation from an over-specified one.
4. Timing and quantity
One unit for next week and six units for the new department are different conversations. Share the date you need it working, and how many you need, so availability and lead time are part of the first reply rather than the third.
Model + part number + quantity + date. Four lines is often all a complete quote needs.
That is the whole formula. Send what you have — even partial detail gets a useful answer — and we will come back with compatible options, availability and pricing.
